Seal Team 666 Age of Blood

Seal Team 666 Is Back, and They are knee Deep in werewolves cartels and chupacabra!

The second book in Weston Ochese guys with guns Vs monsters series finds the elite Monster hunting unit Heading   To Mexico to Rescue a senators daughter. The seemingly simple rescue soon spiraled out of control, and our heroes are. Fighting their way through a conspiracy of crime and red tape. As they shoot their way through evil they soon discover that not only are things, not as they seem, the whole bloody endeavor has ties to one of their most lethal and world shaking past adventures (the last Book)

I didn’t enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed the original, that’s not to say  I didn’t enjoy it..  I it was really fun, it’s just the elements of the first books, character building and more streamlined plot resonated with me. A new recruits introduction to this world through some of the military jargon towards the building, and matter of fact, world building. The fact that I didn’t understand any of it.

The characters are likable and relatable, despite the outlandish world they live in. Meandering a bit on either end. I listen to the audiobook, and it’s a fun, well put together  production. Narrator, Paul Michael is clear, concise and engaging.

All in all age of blood is good pulpy fun, and I would definitely recommend it! I look forward to more seal team 666 adventures!
