Or  something like that. 

So I had an unexpected health incident. I won’t bore you with the details but it will be down mentally and physically. 

During this time I didn’t update anything including the blog.  

But I had prepared or written most of that content! So here’s what I reckon I’m gonna do…

…. Starting in January, Friday and Saturday are going to be my ketchup days. My November and most of December Will be presented on those dates otherwise a Blog will run his regular with at least 2 posts a week!
