The Good… The Bad …and the Spooky 

The good

There is no good if it’s all fucking amazing. I didn’t  think they could volume one but they did (and  volume one is really really gruesomely great) 

The art  is amazing in every single story. 

The bad : 

None! I wish the stories were longer. 

If pressed I’d have to say My least favorite story is IMAGO DEI There’s nothing wrong with it per se, but it just didn’t really stick with me compared to everything else

The spooky :

The trash man is scary and repulsive!

Best Scare: “your Too clean”

Best :  the no-ware man

Best character: kid from gorebeast!

The Death Rattle:

I can’t believe I didn’t read this till now (and if I had it’s lost in a swamp of age alcohol and head injuries)   But this is another tour de force issue by Derek Rook and roughhouse publishing! RHP IS the undisputed gold standard horror comics! This book brings back The fangoria kid sitting in his back porch dreaming of a horror comic like the one i hold in my hands right now!!

Rotten apple was the only story I had seen before and it’s my favorite still. This book has to happen!  Heck I’ll help right it for free!  It’s a amazing idea!!!
