( the problem with having a lot of guys who work American style even if it’s the junior style is your G1 is full of a lot of American style matches. And they may be great but that’s not what I’m here for. I’m into Finley, his swagger far outweighs his derivative, Bullet club, leader character. If he was the only one working in the style but there’s a lot of it this g1.  Decent match. No surprises here.

(I feel like more guys watch the matches before. It’s just way too much crowed shenanigans. That said Evil choking Eddie Kingston, with her clear umbrella, and a backpack is the most Japanese wrestling thing I’ve ever seen! Kingston was channeling his inner Terry Funk, and I was totally here for it! Proud has been totally behind Kingston. I wonder if this is just from then picking up or Julia’s or is AEW popular in Japan? They did an absolutely terrible low bridge spot!  I feel like Kingston was over selling his back. Kingston was almost victim to interference countdown spot that made my blood boil…. Perhaps there’s something house of torture stuff. Looking seems much more and step that he was in his opening block match. Evil seems to have found a better balance between their bullshit and why everyone liked him in the first place. Evil pulled off a referee, assisted magic killer that was pretty dope!! I was legitimately mad at the ending. I can appreciate that. They made me feel that, but Kingston has so far I have the 2 most wrestling matches in the Japanese wrestling tournament)

(I got a good credit Tanahashi look even better than he did in the first match!  Haste has a lot to give. I hope to see him at the top of the card soon! Good storytelling with the ACE fighting form under and then having the sacrifices his knee for the win)

(this match had a lot of of drama and backstory. I think I just might be sick of what is two are selling together. It even sounded like Kevin kelley was aware that he was calling almost the same match between these two that he always does just reciting updated stats which indicates this is one match more than the last time. I will say this was a bit more of the Naito of old it didn’t feel like the greatest hits package. We’ve been getting over the past couple years. It was also fun Goto done with the ungovernable ones bullshit. Another interesting wrinkle is both these guys versus the time they’ve gone deep into the time limit against each other, and other opponents. The past by each ended up with pretty high chronological stats at the end of each tournament. this could’ve gone either way, but it was really a big flat and anticlimactic)
